Mission

SURAMED HEALTH CENTER P.A.’S mission is to offer our patients (children and youth ages 0-21), both corrective and preventative, timely, effective, and personalized health care for the well-being and quality of life of our patients. We strive to provide exceptional medical care using a Patient Centered Medical Home Model. Through the collaboration of each individual, specialist, hospitals, and other healthcare providers or community resources, the patient at all times remains the focus of care and receives the benefits of continuous and comprehensive medical care. We employ highly qualified healthcare professionals with excellent training, education, experience, and passion for the total wellness and health of our patients. We continually strive to improve procedures and protocols, meticulously train our staff, and focus on obtaining an excellent level of care.
