We are excited to share important news regarding the evolution of the offices of Dr. Alfonso J. Henriquez at Soma Medical Center PA #3 and how this change will benefit you. We are delighted to announce that our clinic’s name will be changing to SuraMed Health Center.

 

This name change will allow our five (5) pediatrics clinics in West Palm Beach, Greenacres, Wellington, Boca Raton, and Port St. Lucie to present us as the most innovative, compassionate, and supportive local pediatrics clinics.

 

Our commitment to our patients and staff remains our highest priority. All five (5) clinics will continue to operate in their current structure. Our physical addresses, telephones, and fax numbers will remain unchanged. At the same time, we will have a new web domain suramedhealthcenter.com.  

 

Please note that our rebranding and name change will not impact the range of services we offer or insurances coverages.

 

As always, we will continue to serve our patients with the same devotion and quality care. We appreciate your support, patience, and dedication during this transition.
