Seems really good considering Plasma will be one of the best decks in the format

Considering how much love and fan-service Gen 1 was getting in the XY era, it was nice to see the red Gyarados from Gen 2 making an appearance in the TCG

While we're willing to print individual legendary creature cards that aren't playable or good in Commander, it's tricky to do that with a whole mechanic

also added an element of saving the world from evil, as different antagonists want to use the cards and the mythology surrounding them to achieve world domination
