Sylvan Library is the #1 pull into green card ever, but I'm down on it because its a raw power do nothing that gives incidental power into places that don't need it

That said, all sixteen of the mainline games will have their moments to shine in the accompanying products

That means you can afford to splash out a little bit more in black for cards that provide options and won't ever be dead weight in hand (obviously once you can cast it, everything with a cost can be dead when you can't pay it...)
